Cereals

Eggs

Fish oil
Several types of fatty acids are not made in the body and must be obtained from food. Fat becomes a major component of the brain. Keep in mind, most of the brain consists of fatty acids which play an important role in the functioning of brain cells.
Kiwi fruit
Kiwi fruit contains vitamin C about two times higher than oranges and kiwi fruit one will give the daily requirement of vitamin C for adults. Vitamin C is important to absorb iron from the diet.
